An Emergency Relief and Response Project-ERRP from Save the Children in partnership with Tuki Association of Sunkoshi is running in fifteen VDCs of Sindhupalchowk district. The project started from March 2016 and will end in September 2017 with the goal (impact) of “Families of earthquake affected children in four affected districts are able to strengthen and diversify their livelihoods and social protection with DISASTER RESPONSE PROGRAMME PHASE 2a PLAN.” This project has been funded by the DEC II.

Objective: To support 310 households in the reconstruction of their permanent shelters including additional support and to spread awareness regarding safer shelter.

Objectives: To increase awareness regarding nutrition of children under five years of age/PLW and prevent them from being malnourished and to find out hidden cases of malnutrition from the community, change their nutritional status, and reduce child mortality and morbidity rate.
